Hazelnut & almond praline paste of superior quality for use in chocolaterie and patisserie. Made from richly flavoured Italian hazelnuts and Spanish almonds, no chocolate. Used famously in the classic Paris-Best choux bun but an equally popular filling for chocolates and mixed with melted chocolate for a crunchy base for layered cakes and desserts. The uses with chocolate are endless with this high quality paste.
