Making chocolates at home couldn’t be easier with these high quality, milk chocolate shells. Chocolate truffle shells are pre-made chocolate shells which you simply fill with either ganache, fruit puree or liqueurs and coat in chocolate with a final rolled decoration of chocolate vermicelli or dusting of cocoa powder. Ideal for making your own chocolates for gifts or small business.
- Create a chocolate ganache by combining melted chocolate with cream.
If you are filling your chocolate truffle shells with liqueur you simply seal the hole once filled with melted chocolate and allow to harden and continue to coat as above.
