Many of our dark chocolate bars and boxes are naturally vegan. Look for products marked as dairy-free in their descriptions, or contact our concierges for personalized recommendations.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. This allows you to track orders, save favorites, and enjoy faster checkout in the future.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fresh delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered production.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship globally to most countries, though we currently cannot deliver to certain remote areas and parts of Asia due to customs restrictions. During checkout, you’ll see if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two delivery options:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 worldwide): Handled by DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking.
2. Free Shipping (orders over $50): Handled by EMS postal service, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking.
How do you protect chocolates during shipping?
Every order receives our signature temperature-stable packaging at no extra cost. During warmer months (June-August), we recommend expedited shipping for temperature-sensitive orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Standard shipping includes full real-time tracking from our Manchester workshop to your door. Free shipping includes basic tracking information. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your chocolate experience. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
What if my chocolates arrive damaged?
While we take every precaution with our specialized packaging, if your chocolates arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll gladly replace your order or issue a refund.
Do you accept returns of perishable items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened, properly stored items within the 15-day window. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed products for health and safety reasons.
