To ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition:
- We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia due to customs restrictions
- Summer months (June-August): Consider expedited shipping for temperature-sensitive orders
- Holiday periods: Allow extra processing time during peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s Day)
- All shipments include our signature temperature-stable packaging at no extra cost

Every order begins its journey at our Manchester chocolate atelier, where our team personally inspects and packages your selection with the care reserved for precious cargo. Whether you’ve chosen a single-origin dark chocolate bar from our collection or one of our romantic chocolate boxes, we treat each order as if we were sending it to our own loved ones.
For special occasions where timing is crucial, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your needed-by date. Our chocolate trading company sources globally, but some rare single-origin bars may require additional preparation time.
